THE BRIEF
Website Redevelopment
MTA Group are a construction company specialising in land remediation and bulk excavation. In partnership with Tarmac, they also offer recycled aggregates to the UK construction industry.
Their existing website was a number of years out of date and required a complete overhaul and integration into internal business systems to better serve their client base.
Intranet Functionality
MTA Group also required a bespoke, web-based automated job ticketing, tracking and invoicing solution to replace laborious and unwieldy paper-based administration.

THE SOLUTION
Integrated Website, CMS and Intranet
BlueCoffee designed and built a brand new website for MTA Group, connected to a content managed intranet solution, providing automated job processing and invoicing functions to executives both within their offices and mobile executives through the use of Blackberry devices.
These systems were then integrated into standard software packages already used for accounts and management reporting. In addition, BlueCoffee built a web-based document library, for technical documentation from the company, with associated user tracking for control and marketing purposes.
These systems now act to save countless man-hours of administration time, whilst delivering much greater accuracy in management reporting and accounting functions.
From these results, MTA Group are in the process of developing similar systems with BlueCoffee for their newly created business divisions within their expanding company.
